You’ve probably heard about fidget cubes. They have been all the rage for some time now, and I must admit to a certain curiosity about them. I got to try one and posted about it on my social channels back in June. Did you see it?
We got to try a Fidget Cube! I admit I was curious after seeing them online and hearing so much about them. My pen-clicking inner teen LOVES the satisfying sounds and motions. (I think the switch is my favourite.) I also like that there are quiet clickers and gliders for those times you need to keep the volume low. I barely got to check it out, though, before the kids commandeered it. @ZURUfidget ZURUFidget.com #FreeTheFidget #sponsored
So as you can see, I already thought they were pretty cool. But then, I heard something that made me love them even more. The original fidget cube makers at Antsy Labs also created:
DC Heroes fidget cubes.
Consequently, their appeal grew exponentially in our geeky family. Basically…
We. Geeked. Out.
(Why yes, GEEK is a verb.)
There is Superman. Lookin’ good, Kal El.
I’m Batman. Well, not really. But this Batman fidget cube is pretty spiffy.
Also, there’s everyone’s favourite Amazon, Wonder Woman.
They’re all shiny and ready for action.
BAM! POW! KA-BOOM!
They all have the classic fidget cube features. Each cube has a clicking rocker switch, a large push button, a turning wheel, 3 turning gears, a ball button, and 5 small buttons to press (two of which are silent.)
I LOVE that the DC Heroes Fidget Cubes have silent fidgets. One might fidget when in a meeting perhaps – or in a class, or on an important phone call – and not disturb others. After all, sometimes superheroes have to go incognito, if you know what I’m sayin’.
Of course, with a variety of clicking sounds and smooth movements, there will be something that appeals to everyone. The rocker switch, with its sound that is reminiscent of a pen clicking, is probably still my favourite. (So satisfying! Takes me back to high school.)
Bravo like to use the fidget cubes as he relaxes on the couch. I often see him quietly clicking when we watch TV.
He likes checking out all the features and figuring out how each one works. At this point, it seems like he prefers the Batman fidget cube.
I think you can guess which one is my favourite?

If only I had an invisible jet. Also, fellow moms, how useful would the Lasso of Truth be, sometimes? Don’t get me started.
Regrettably, we can’t all be superheroes. Still, if you have someone who loves to fidget and loves superheroes – but really, who doesn’t? – I think they would love DC Heroes fidget cubes.

Which one would you pick?
